comprise underwear made of material that transports
moisture away from the skin.
Insulation - Intermediate layer
Here you have plenty of latitude for variation.
For example you coul wear a shirt or a fibre pile
jacket. The purpose is to trap air for insulation.
Weather protection - Outer layer
Here the clothes are partially depandent on your
work duties. In cold colditions you need good insulation
and wind protection. Good outer garments should
offer good mobility, be easy to open and close and
simple to put on and take off.
