SNICKERS ALL WEATHERT is a lighter material than
Cordura®, but shares some of the same properties.
It allows out vapour from the body, but stops rain
and wind thanks to an inner microporous surface
with more than a million pores per square centimetre.
The pores are roughly 10,000 times smaller than
a droplet of water, yet 1,000 times larger than
a water vapour molecule. This means that water vapour
(sweat) can escape, but rain cannot force its way
in. The material is used in all Snickers All WeatherT
garments.
MOISTURE AND WIND COOL THE BODY, resulting in a
reduced capacity to work. Normal waterproof clothing
helps to some extent. However, the garments have
to be designed so that you retain your mobility
and can still easily carry and use your tools. Snickers
all-weather clothes incorporate features and benefits
that have never been seen before on waterproof workwear.
